The order in consideration has not passed the quality control check. These controls are active to put on hold items that may not be received as top quality and might be considered defected by the ultimate user. To All, We are facing a major issue with HP on one of our customer account in Germany. Thank you to put on hold any order/projects with HP until the issue is solved. We are expecting a feedback from HP within the next two weeks. Should this feedback not being positive we will have to find alternative vendors. Regards
