After his visit in Germany I want him to find a proper mould maker next to our STL plant and to tell them for each mould what and how to do. So that’s the way to set standards to keep our mould in a good reliable an sustainable shape in the future. On top of that I´m planning to employee two mould maker here in Germany and send them with a special contract for 2 up to 5 years to STL. They should work under the responsibility of Robert. With this setup we can reduce time and costs for standard mould maintenance and greasing as well down time of injection machines.
