We would like to inform you that we have identified a deviation in your shipment to suffix 600 with collection date on 2012-12-03. We received information that your documents were not ready and/or you did not attach the following documents to the shipment: Dispatch note Could you please let us know why you did not hand over this document to carrier? If you did so please send us a copy of this document with signature of the driver. Please note that the following documents have to accompany the goods:
