Zing will become the first UK Asian TV broadcaster to telecast a daily drama, shot locally. The drama’s name has been confirmed as ‘Cloud 9′ and will feature artists from the UK. Details of the drama are sketchy but Picturegate Productions, which works on the channel’s ‘Brits Bollywood’ magazine show and ‘Snapshot’ on Sony Entertainment Television Asia, will produce ‘Cloud 9′. ‘Cloud 9′ will launch on Monday 24th December at 18:30 with repeats at 22:30, 10:30 and 16:30 each day.
