NO OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE GENERAL OVERHAUL OR RELOCATIONS: This Agreement does not extend to labor or parts for general Equipment overhauls, reconditioning or relocations. 4.3 AVAILABILITY OF REPLACEMENT PARTS: Phenom-World will make reasonable commercial efforts to secure necessary replacement parts and components to perform the service obligations required hereunder, but expressly disclaims any responsibility for nonperformance due to unavailability (beyond our control) of replacement parts or components. 4.4 PARTS EXCLUSION: Phenom-World will repair/replace all parts required for the operation of the Equipment at no charge except for the following consumable items: Sample cups Tools and tool kits Sample materials Manuals
