I've always thought that the drop off in torque and the torque spike when the T15 is used are the result of the turbo being "too small". The passed down wisdom of folk like Dave Walker who spend every day on the dyno is that a bigger turbo will give more power, but higher up the rev range. The cam probably has less effect than the size of the turbo, I'd guess. On many cars, going bigger (and the consequent longer spool up) is a bad thing in that it makes them less driveable. On the Cinq, it may be a good thing! Nothing slows you down on a real road more than fighting 3rd gear torque steer on the exit to every corner! Of course, you could pick something up on the bottom end by going for a ball bearing turbo........ Jason experimented with a turbo that was based on a T17 and it certainly made the power, but I've not gotten my test drive yet. J333EVO has speculated that a T2 might be a better choice, but went the big engine N/A way before it was tried out.

 Natürlich könnten Sie etwas am unteren Ende holen Sie sich indem Sie gehen für ein Kugellager-Turbo...
 
 Jason experimentiert mit einem Turbo, der auf eine T17 basierte und es sicher gemacht die macht, aber ich habe noch nicht meine Probefahrt bekommen. J333EVO hat spekuliert, dass ein T2 könnte eine bessere Wahl, aber den großen Motor N/A Weg ging, bevor es ausprobiert.
