It looks like the batteries have been sat on a shelf and fitted only when we have received the order. In this time the batteries have totally discharged. The conclusion is that when Conoco installed on site 3 weeks ago there was no capacity charge in the batteries and the electronic ballast cannot kick in to charge them as below 2 volt Can you let me know what the next step you would like me to take as Conoco have 70 new fitings that wont work due to this battery problem
