A metal tube oxidation treatment apparatus comprising an oxidation treatment furnace having an inert gas inlet for introducing inert gas into the inside, and an inert gas outlet for exhausting the inert gas to the outside; the first hollow support member for introducing the gas from the outside of said oxidation treatment furnace into the inside of the tube to be teated, together with that to support the tube to be treated at one end thereof in said oxidation treatment furnace; the second hollow support member for exhausting gas from the tube to be treated, together with that the tube to be treated is supported at another end thereof in said oxidation treatment furnace; characterized by making the support part of the tube to be treated in said first hollow support member and in said second hollow support member as a tubular form member, and further, forms taper having external diameter gradually decreasing toward the tip on the external periphery of said tubular member, and on the outside of said first hollow support member, a cover tube is provided in such a manner as to cover said tubular member, and the space formed by said tubular member and said cover tube has been made communicated to the outside of said oxidation treatment furnace, further comprising means for exhausting the furnace body via the holes of the support member.

Metallrohroxidations-Behandlungsvorrichtung, die folgendes aufweist: einen Oxidationsbehandlungsofen mit einem Edelgaseinlaß zum Zuführen von Edelgas in das Innere und einen Edelgasauslaß zum Auslassen des Edelgases nach außen; ein erstes hohes Halteglied zum Zuführen des Gases von außerhalb des Oxidationsbehandlungsofens in das Innere des zu behandelnden Rohres, wobei das zu behandelnde Rohr an seinem einem Ende in dem Oxidationsbehandlungsofen gehalten wird; ein zweites hohes Halteglied zum Auslassen des Gases von dem zu behandelnden Rohr, wobei das zu behandelnde Rohr an seinem anderen Ende in dem Oxidationsbehandlungsofen gehalten wird; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil des zu behandelnden Rohres in dem ersten hohlen Halteglied und dem zweitem hohlen Halteglied als rohrförmiges Glied ausgebildet ist, und weiterhin eine Verjüngung bildet, die einen Außendurchmesser aufweist, der allmählich zur Spitze an der äußeren Umfangsfläche des rohrförmigen Gliedes hin abfällt, und daß an der Außenseite des ersten hohlen Halteglieds ein Mantelrohr derart vorgesehen ist, daß es das rohrförmige Glied bedeckt, und daß der Raum, der durch das rohrförmige Glied und das Mantelrohr ausgebildet ist, mit dem Äußeren des Oxidationsbehandlungsofens in Kontakt gebracht ist, weiterhin daß sie eine Einrichtung zum Entgasen des Ofenkörpers durch Löcher des Halteglieds aufweist.
