Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to inform you about an upcoming soccer tournament in our sports club on 6th of April. Therefore we want to invite some international teams. As a twin-city are invited, too. We hope that you will find the time to take part on it. All Teams will always placed in pairs in a double room. Furthermore, three meals a day are offered. The event will run over four days. The first day will be characterized with the journey and to move into the accommodations. The day after, there will be the actual tournament. Details are on arrival. The day after, the tournament will start at 08:00 AM and will probably end at 8 PM. The victory ceremony is planned at 9 PM.

Sehr geehrter Herr Damen und Herren, ich schreibe, um Sie über eine bevorstehende Fußballturnier in unserem Sport-Club am 6. April zu informieren. Deshalb wollen wir einige internationale Teams einzuladen. Als Twin-City sind eingeladen, auch. Wir hoffen, dass Sie sich die Zeit, einen Teil auf sie nehmen zu finden. Alle Teams werden immer paarweise in einem Doppelzimmer platziert. Darüber hinaus sind drei Mahlzeiten pro Tag angeboten. Die Veranstaltung wird über vier Tage laufen. Der erste Tag beginnt mit der Fahrt und in den Unterkünften zu bewegen charakterisiert werden. Am Tag danach wird es das eigentliche Turnier. Details sind bei der Ankunft. Am Tag danach wird das Turnier um 08:00 Uhr beginnen und wird voraussichtlich um 8 Uhr enden. Die Siegerehrung ist um 9 Uhr geplant.
