The commercial agents are responsible for organizing trainings of the wholesalers personnel, preparing presentation for the final customers and some integration events and activities. They participate in implementing all marketing projects such as promotions, loyalty programs etc. The costs are covered from the marketing budget.

Dear Andrea, I am trying to put together a forecast for 2012 for the FR project. Dale mentioned that you would be able to help me out by providing me with your best estimate for costs that we will be billed for the remainder of 2012 (Oct, Nov and Dec). In the spreadsheet I attach below, you fill see in the tab "2012 figures" that the costs are broken down in two ways, one is by the cost center and by the type of cost. Where I need your help is in inputting the costs in column J for the cost centers that you are responsible for (cells have been highlighted in orange for you). This figure should only include costs that you expect to incur during Oct to Dec, since we already have the actual figures from Jan-Sept in column D. Could it be possible to get some feedback from you by Nov 9?
