The main problem is the time of the unsoldering.

1. The returned PCB, which is send to Laird Technologies for analyze, is an end customer field return with tottering contact. 2. Delphi production detected an additional internal defect component with tottering contact. 3. This component lost some parts of the cap from the component body by unsoldering from the pcb. The tottering contact is still measurable. The demounted part is still by Delphi and not sent to Laired Technologies. 4. The part comes from end customer to Delphi for failure analyze. The defect was confirmed by Delphi end of line test. To isolate the defect some measurement cable are mounted at the pcb, one at connector pin and an additional at capacitor. 5. Circuit diagram, pcb layout, and assembly plan is attached this e-mail. 6. The defect component is marked at the pcb, which Delphi sent to Laired Technologies for analyze.

(1) Die zurückgegebene PCB, das Senden an Laird Technologies für Analyze, ist ein End-Kunden-Feld mit wackelnden Kontakt.
 2. Delphi Produktion erkannt eine zusätzliche interne Defekte Komponente mit wackelnden Kontakt. 
 3. Diese Komponente verloren einige Teile der GAP aus dem Körper Komponente aus der Platine Entlöten. Der wackelnden Kontakt ist immer noch messbar.
 Der zerlegt Teil ist noch von Delphi und nicht an Laired Technologien.
 4. Der Teil stammt aus Endkunden nach Delphi für Fehler analysieren. Der Mangel wurde von Delphi Ende des Line-Test bestätigt.
 Um den Defekt zu isolieren sind einige Messkabel an der Platine, ein an Steckerstiften und eine zusätzliche am Kondensator montiert.
 5. Circuit Diagram, Leiterplatten-Layout und Montage Plan angeschlossen ist diese E-mail.
 6. Die defekt-Komponente ist auf der Platine gekennzeichnet Delphi Laired Technologien zur Analyse übermittelt.
