The facility consists of at least 5 fire areas and has a total useful area of some 7,000 m². The plant was founded in 1906 and the last building extension dates from the year 1980. Buildings and equipment are in good condition. All buildings and the land belong to SRE (Siemens Real Estate) and were rented by the dynamo plant. SRE is responsible for building maintenance and building services.
