Every time I list this house nearly 1000 people look at the photos about 100 people put it on their watch list and yes a few even make it to the house. it seems like too good of a deal, well it is. We now live in California so we don't use / need this house anymore. It comes fully furnished, all appliances included. Just bring your clothes and your toothbrush :) :) :) this is a truly wonderful vacation house or full time residence. it has electric, sewer, natural gas, water connected and cable TV, phone and high speed internet available. it also has a well in the yard so watering the lawn and flowers will not cost you money. I have bought this place more than 10 years ago and used it mainly as a vacation home. I spared no money or time to restore the original look and add all the modern day conveniences. I spent more money than I'm asking for it but I need the money for a new project here in California.

Es hat auch einen Brunnen im Hof also Tränken den Rasen und Blumen werden Sie nicht Geld Kosten. Ich habe diesen Ort vor mehr als 10 Jahren gekauft und verwendet es hauptsächlich als ein Ferienhaus. Ich verschont keine Geld oder Zeit zum Wiederherstellen des ursprünglichen Aussehen und fügen Sie alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten.
