Hello Weimin, For DP guarantee we need to put a validity date, the indication 1 week after B/L is insufficient. We propose to state the validity with 1 week after B/L, but latest 15th of July 2013. Hallo Weimin, Für DP-Garantie, die wir brauchen, ein Gültigkeitsdatum setzen, reicht die Angabe 1 Woche nach B/L. Wir schlagen vor, die Gültigkeit mit 1 Woche nach B/L, aber neueste 15. Rooming list and final group itinerary is required 30 days prior to arrival. The rooming list should at the very list include Full Names (as they appear on the passport), Passport No., validity, date and city of issue, Date of birth and any special dietary/other requirements.

Rooming-Liste und letzte Gruppe Reiseroute ist erforderlich, 30 Tage vor Anreise. Die Auflistung der Zimmer sollte ganz am Liste aufzunehmen vollständigen Namen (wie sie im Pass erscheint), Reisepass Nr., Gültigkeitsdauer, Ausstellungsdatum und Stadt, Geburtsdatum und eine spezielle Diät / andere Anforderungen.
