We just have just received Clarification 4 from CNOOC confirming the battery limits. Please read that clarification and notice that all lines (cold and others) are terminating at the same location, see Fig 1-2 Battery limit page 2/7 of Scope of Work. This is in contradiction to Point 3 Page 3/7 of scope of work which stipulated that N2 line, venting lines terminate 5 m outside the Tunnel. In spite of this, clarification 4 has no impact on our offer .

Wir haben nur gerade Klärung 4 von CNOOC bestätigt die Batterie Grenzen erhalten. Lesen Sie bitte, dass die Klärung und beachten Sie, die alle Linien (Kälte und andere) an der gleichen Stelle beendet werden, siehe Abb. 1-2 Akku Grenze Seite 2/7 der Bereich der Arbeit. Dies steht im Widerspruch zu Punkt 3 Seite 3/7 der Umfang der Arbeit, die dieser Linie N2 vorgeschrieben Entlüftung Linien kündigen 5 m außerhalb des Tunnels. Trotzdem hat die Klärung 4 keine Auswirkungen auf unser Angebot.
