If there is suspicion of extravasation by vesicant compounds other than anthracyclines through the same IV access, e. g. vincristine, mitomycin, and vinorelbine, Savene would not be effective against the reaction from these compounds.

Wenn ein Verdacht auf Extravasation durch andere gewebeschädigende Substanzen als Anthracycline, z.B.Vincristin, Mitomycin und Vinorelbin, durch denselben intravenösen Zugang besteht, hat Savene keine Wirkung gegen die Reaktionen dieser Verbindungen.
