INDIVIDUAL RECOGNITION BY VOICE ANALYSIS.

The basic idea behind the LPC model is that a given voice sample at time n, s(n), can be approximated as a linear combination of the past MMAX voice samples, such that XY1 where the coefficientes a1, a2, ... aMMAX are assumed constant over the voice analysis frame, and represent the degree of the influences of the past sample s(n-i), (i=1,2,..., MMAX) of the voice signal to the present samples s(n). Eq. (1) can be converted to an equality by including an excitation term, Gu(n), as follows XY2 were u(n) is a normalized excitation and G is the gain of the excitation. This system gain can be interpreted as follows. The relative distance and attitude of the microphone to the sound source could not be controlled by us and therefore could not be kept consistent. The change in the signal level due to these causes, however, can be reflected on the system gain. Therefore, the system gain can compensate the effect of the measurement conditions such as the distance and attitude.

Die Grundidee hinter dem LPC-Modell ist, dass eine bestimmte Stimme in Zeit n, Probe s(n), lässt sich als Linearkombination der letzten MMAX sprach-Proben, angenähert werden so dass XY1 wo die Coefficientes a1, a2,... aMMAX werden als konstant angenommen, über die Stimme Analyse Rahmen und stellen den Grad der Einflüsse von der letzten Probe-s(n-i), (ich = 1, 2,..., MMAX) des Signals auf die vorliegenden Proben s(n) Stimme. Die Änderung in den Signalpegel aufgrund dieser Ursachen kann jedoch des Gewinns System übernommen. Die System-Verstärkung kann daher die Wirkung die Messbedingungen wie Distanz und Haltung ausgleichen.
