SQ2953-038-G-5 - motor, 127 pcs samples which have strong grinding, although they would have the bushings at end cap side w/ reduced radial play (but out of mashined production and not out of the intented tooling). Stabilus learned that during the overwork - process at Igarashi has been done a washing out of the bushing, so that the lubrication was gone. These motors are not usable at Stabilus. Therefore the motors were sent to IG Germany for improvement. The last informations show that the improvement - actions at IG Germany aren't completely successfull. Stabilus need URGENT replacement for the worse sounding motors. Igarashi is required to submitt a solution.
