I may well not have had much to say in favour of Friedrich von Hayek in my books and other works, but what I see in this place from one day to another is such a waste of money – not yours, not Parliament’s, but the taxpayer’s – that I have come to think of the whole thing as a hypocritical farce.

In meinen Büchern und anderen Arbeiten habe ich von Friedrich von Hayek nicht viel gehalten, aber was ich hier permanent erlebe, ist eine solche Verschwendung von Geld, dass Ihnen nicht gehört und dem Haus nicht gehört, sondern dem Steuerzahler, dass ich es mittlerweile als heuchlerische Farce empfinde.

Was mich direkt zum Thema bringt, dazu gehört auch, dass ich ursprünglich nur eine Minute hätte haben sollen, aber die bleibt mir ja aufgrund dieser Organisation noch, und insofern nehmen Sie diese eine Minute nicht als abgezweigt vom Thema, sondern jetzt kommt meine Minute zur Weltraumfahrt.
