To guarantee ideal wearing comfort, the IE 800 ear-canal phones are supplied complete with both oval and round earbuds. These were developed based on extensive international studies of ergonomics. The oval shape is new along with an additional protective mesh on the ear cushions that effectively shields the precious drivers against dirt. The ear-canal phones feature shells made from a completely new scratch-resistant ceramic, and ear cushions made from biocompatible silicone. This ensures absolute freedom from allergic reactions and skin irritations.
