Other complaints : Pos.21 : max 5 lfm insulation needed, as 2 window boxes were not even built yet and in the existing ones there was mostly enough original insulation. At no time during our discussions, we came to your showroom twice, were we informed that there would be a minimum 10 percent loss of glass surface due to the replacement windows. This is omitting essential information prior to agreeing a contract. We reserve the right to seek advice from the ULC Luxembourg about this matter. When engaging in a contract a certain amount of trust is required and we both feel that our trust has been abused.

 POS.21: Max. 5 Lfm Isolierung erforderlich, da 2 Balkonkästen noch nicht einmal gebaut waren und in den bestehenden gab es meist genug ursprüngliche Isolierung. Ein Rabatt hätte gemäß der reduzierten Arbeitsaufwand Isolierung durchgeführt erwartet worden. 
 Der weiße Lack auf pos. 3, 7, 8, 11 ist bereits kommen aus, zumal einige der Fenster kam leicht eingeschlagen und sehr schmutzig.
 Zu keinem Zeitpunkt während unserer Diskussionen, kamen wir zu Ihrem Ausstellungsraum zweimal wurden wir darüber informiert, dass es ein mindestens 10 Prozent Verlust der Glasoberfläche durch die Ersatz-Fenster wäre. Dies ist wesentliche Informationen vor der Vereinbarung eines Vertrages auslassen. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, von der ULC-Luxemburg über dieses Thema beraten lassen.
 Wenn in einem Vertrag ist ein gewisses Maß an Vertrauen erforderlich, und wir beide das Gefühl, dass unser Vertrauen missbraucht wurde.
