Überkompensation

Bei normalen Verstärkerröhren ist diese Überkompensation bekanntlich nie möglich.

In normal amplifier tubes this overcompensation is known to never possible.

Es ist möglich, daß es in einigen Regionen zu dieser Überkompensation gekommen ist, doch das ist nicht der Regelfall in der Europäischen Union.

It is possible that some regions have seen an over-compensation. But that is not the general case throughout the European Union.

(78) Im vorliegenden Fall vertrat die Kommission indes die Auffassung, dass angesichts der Tatsache, dass es keine Ausschreibung gab und ein direkter Wettbewerber von Postbus vorbrachte, dass Postbus eine Überkompensation erhalten hat, es zweckmäßig sei, den Wettbewerber und alle interessierten Dritten zu den von Österreich angewandten Methoden der Kostenüberprüfung zu Wort kommen zu lassen, um mit Sicherheit ausschließen zu können, dass Postbus eine Überkompensation erhält.

(78) In the present case, the Commission considers that since there was no public tender, and that a direct competitor of Postbus stated that Postbus received overcompensation, the competitor in question and all interested third parties should be given the opportunity to comment on the methods used by Austria to check costs before it can be decided with certainty whether or not Postbus is receiving overcompensation.
