Aber konkret würde das heißen, dass- wie wir gerne möchten- der Haushalt 2002 schon Ansätze für die anstehende Reform der Agrarpolitik aufzeigt, diese etwas weniger deutlich ausfallen würden, weil der Haushalt 2002 wahrscheinlich voll im Zeichen der Bewältigung der Krise von BSE und Maul- und Klauenseuche stehen wird.
