Vor allem darf das Arzneimittel weder mehr als einen Teil pro Zehntausend der Urtinktur enthalten noch mehr als ein Hundertstel der gegebenenfalls in der Allopathie verwendeten kleinsten Dosis derjenigen Wirkstoffe, bei deren Anwesenheit in einem allopathischen Arzneimittel Letzteres verschreibungspflichtig wird.

Außerdem wird in Artikel 7 Absatz 1 das besondere vereinfachte Registrierungsverfahren auf Zubereitungen mit einem Verdünnungsgrad von höchstens 1/10 000 der Urtinktur oder höchstens 1/100 der gegebenenfalls in der Allopathie verwendeten kleinsten Dosis für Wirkstoffe von verschreibungspflichtigen Arzneimitteln beschränkt.

Article 7(1) also restricts the special, simplified registration procedure to preparations where the degree of dilution does not exceed one part per 10 000 of the mother tincture or a maximum of 1/100th of the smallest dose used in allopathy for active principles in medicinal products requiring a doctor 's prescription.

Deshalb befürworte ich einen gleichberechtigteren Status von Homöopathie und Allopathie.
