REGULATION (EEC) No 538/70 OF THE COMMISSION of 23 March 1970 amending Regulation (EEC) No 315/68 as regards the size of anemone coronaria

Die Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 315/68 enthält ferner im Anhang Bestimmungen über die Sortierung nach Grössen. Diese Bestimmungen gelten nicht für Erzeugnisse der Gattungen Allium, Anemone -ausser der Sorte coronaria -, Chionodoxa, Endymion, Frilillaria, Puschkinia, Tigridia, Triteleia und der Art Scilla sibirica sowie deren Kultivare und Hybriden, mit Ausnahme der cv. atrocärulea (Spring Beauty). Zur besseren Verwirklichung der mit den Qualitätsnormen verfolgten Zwecke ist es angezeigt, auch für diese Erzeugnisse Bestimmungen über die Sortierung nach Grössen einzuführen -

Whereas also the Annex to Council Regulation (EEC) No 315/68 lays down provisions on size gradings; whereas these provisions do not apply to products of the following genera: Allium, Anemone, with the exception of the coronaria species, Chionodoxa, Endymion, Fritillaria, Puschkinia, Tigridia, Triteleia, and to the Scilla sibirica species, its cultivars and hybrids with the exception of the atrocaerulea (Spring beauty) cultivar; whereas, in order further to achieve the objectives of the quality standards, provisions on size grading should also be laid down for these products,
