Die Ausstattung Ihrer Appartments ist sehr hochwertig. Die Frage ist, ob Interessenten bereit sind, dafür eine höhere Miete zu bezahlen. Miete für Parkplätze werden grundsätzlich separat genannt. Ich bin jedoch davon ausgegangen, dass die Miete zu hoch wird, wenn der Parkplatz noch dazu addiert wird. Ihrem Wunsch entsprechend werden wir die Appartements zu den Mieten 400,00 / 580,00 Euro + je 35,00 Euro für den Parkplatz anbieten. Dazu kommen für den Mieter noch die Nebenkosten in Höhe von 130,00 / 180,00 Euro. Über eine erfolgreiche Vermittlung würden wir uns freuen und danken Ihnen sehr für die Zusammenarbeit.
