in Erwaegung nachstehender Gruende : Aufgrund des im Rahmen der multilateralen Handelsverhandlungen der Uruguay-Runde geschlossenen Uebereinkommens ueber die Landwirtschaft , nachstehend Uebereinkommen genannt , ist es erforderlich , insbesondere die Ausfuhrbestimmungen fuer den Zuckersektor anzupassen . Daher wurde Titel II der Verordnung ( EWG ) Nr. 1785 / 81 mit der Regelung fuer den Handel mit dritten Laendern aufgrund des vorgenannten Uebereinkommens durch die Verordnung ( EG ) Nr. 3290 / 94 des Rates ( 3 ) geaendert . Somit muessen auch die in den Verordnungen ( EWG ) Nr. 394 / 70 ( 4 ) , zuletzt geaendert durch die Verordnung ( EG ) Nr. 2529 / 94 ( 5 ) , und ( EWG ) Nr. 1469 / 77 ( 6 ) , geaendert durch die Verordnung ( EWG ) Nr. 1714 / 88 ( 7 ) , der Kommission verankerten Durchfuehrungsvorschriften fuer die Zuckerausfuhrerstattungen geaendert werden .
