Die Falter kann man sehr häufig an Acker-Kratzdistel ("Cirsium arvense") oder Sumpf-Kratzdistel ("Cirsium palustre"), Dost ("Origanum vulgare"), Wald-Witwenblume ("Knautia sylvatica"), Brombeerblüten oder Bärenklau ("Heracleum sphondylium") beobachten.
