Kunstgegenstaende ) . 2. _DOUBLEQUOTE_ Verdichtetes Holz _DOUBLEQUOTE_ im Sinne dieses Kapitels ist massives oder aus Lagen zusammengesetztes Holz , das chemisch oder physikalisch behandelt ist ( bei Holz aus zusammengesetzten Lagen in staerkerem Masse als es fuer einen guten Zusammenhalt notwendig ist ) und dessen Dichte , Haerte und Widerstandsfaehigkeit gegen mechanische , chemische oder elektrische Einfluesse hierdurch deutlich erhoeht sind . 3. Zu den Positionen 4414 bis 4421 gehoeren auch die entsprechenden Waren aus Spanplatten , Faserplatten , Sperrholz , furniertem Holz oder aehnlichem aus Lagen bestehendem Holz oder verdichtetem Holz . 4. Die Waren der Position 4410 , 4411 oder 4412 koennen so bearbeitet sein , dass sie die fuer Waren der Position 4409 zugelassenen Profile erhalten haben , sie koennen gebogen , gewellt , perforiert , anders als quadratisch oder rechteckig zugeschnitten oder geformt sein oder eine beliebige andere Bearbeitung erfahren haben , vorausgesetzt , sie verleiht ihnen nicht den Charakter von Waren anderer Positionen . 5. Zu Position 4417 gehoeren nicht Werkzeuge , deren Klinge , Schneide , arbeitende Flaeche oder sonstiger arbeitender Teil aus den in Anmerkung 1 zu Kapitel 82 genannten Stoffen besteht . 6. Als _DOUBLEQUOTE_ Holz _DOUBLEQUOTE_ im Sinne dieses Kapitels gelten vorbehaltlich der vorstehenden Anmerkung 1 Buchstaben b ) und f ) auch Bambus und andere holzige Stoffe . Zusaetzliche Anmerkungen 1. Als _DOUBLEQUOTE_ Holzmehl _DOUBLEQUOTE_ im Sinne der Position 4405 gilt Holzpulver , das mit einem Rueckstand von 8 GHT oder weniger ein Sieb mit einer lichten Maschenweite von 0,63 mm passiert . 2. Products of heading No 4410 , 4411 or 4412 may be worked to form the shapes provided for in respect of the goods of heading No 4409 , curved , corrugated , perforated , cut or formed to shapes other than square or rectangular or submitted to any other operation provided it does not give them the character of articles of other headings . 5 . Heading No 4417 does not apply to tools in which the blade , working edge , working surface or other working part is formed by any of the materials specified in note 1 to Chapter 82 . 6 .
