Borschtsch ist eine Suppe aus roten Rüben.

Es sind schöne abende wenn wir zusammen kochen. Ich habe für meine Gäste zu meinem Geburtstag vor einigen Jahren mal eine Borschtsch gekocht. Den Gästen hat diese Suppe so gut geschmeckt das ich die jetzt jedes Jahr koche und für gute Freunde zu deren geburtstag auch. Auch Pellmenies habe ich scho selber gemacht.
