Bei der Analyse von Aromastoffen ist die Herstellung eines Aromadestillats, welches den Geruch des untersuchten Lebensmittels möglichst genau wiedergibt, der erste und wichtigste Schritt. Nach Kaltextraktion mit Dichlormethan wurd die flüchtigen Verbindungen durch Destillation im Hochvakuum isoliert. Das so erhaltene Destillat wurde aufkonzentriert und mittels GC-O analysiert.

Ueber ein ausgezogenes Verlaengerungsrohr wird das Destillat direkt in eine mit 10 ml Wasser beschickte 50-ml-Messvorlage uebergefuehrt . Die Vorlage wird in Eiswasser gestellt . Es werden 30-35 ml Destillat ueberdestilliert bis in der Vorlage also ein Fluessigkeitsstand von ungefaehr 45 ml erreicht ist .
