Da bin ich nicht so ein Dogmatiker, der sagt, wir müssen unbedingt die und die Zielwerte festschreiben und daran gibt es nichts zu rütteln. Aber wir müssen klare Aussagen darüber machen, wohin die Reise gehen soll, so dass gefährliche Stoffe nicht in die Umwelt, in die Luft abgegeben werden.
