Umsetzschaltung (V') der zweite Widerstand (R 2 ) von demjenigen Widerstands-Dotierungstyp ist, für den die Bandgap-Referenz-Schaltung (B) ausgelegt ist, und der erste Widerstand (R 1 ) durch die Reihenschaltung eines Widerstands ebendieses Widerstands-Dotierungstyps und eines Widerstands des anderen Widerstands-Dotierungstyps gebildet ist.
