Der Versicherer hat uns eine Einmalzahlung von 120000 € angeboten ohne auf das Urteil zu warten und verzichtet auf die Rückzahlung von Regressen. Wir haben eine Selbstbehalt von 10.000 € auch dieser wird nicht berücksichtigt. Kannst Du abschätzen wie hoch die Chancen sind, dass das Urteil in voller Höhe (201 T€) gelten wird? Wenn wir das Urteil haben, besteht immer noch die Möglichkeit, dass der Versicherer die Kürzung der Versicherungsleistung aufgrund Mitverschulden oder ähnlichem vornimmt.
