Der Versicherer ist berechtigt, dem Erwerber einer versicherten Sache das Versicherungsverhältnis unter Einhaltung einer Frist von einem Monat zu kündigen. Das Kündigungsrecht erlischt, wenn es nicht innerhalb eines Monats ab der Kenntnis des Versicherers von der Veräußerung ausgeübt wird.

In 2006 wurde der Umsatz um den Anteil aus der Übernahme der Produktion SW Benelux für AS Creation um 247.726 t und Net Sales von 991.022 € bereinigt, so dass sich die Net Sales 2006 nach Angaben der Bfa auf 2.598.450 € belaufen. Aus den Net Sales wurde ein Negativwachstum von 14,4 % ermittelt und dieses mit dem EBIT- Durchschnitt von 7,04% nach der Knoppe-Formel (25%) auf vier Jahre kapitalisiert. Vom dem sich daraus ergebenen NPV i.H.v. 96,8 t€ wurde dann noch der Ergebnisbeitrag aus dem Jahre 2007 i.H.v. 139,1 t€ aus den Lieferungen an EMB verrechnet, da sich beim Erwerber die Aufnahme der Produktion verzögerte und die Bfa in dieser Zeit weiterhin den Kunden AS Creation belieferte.
