Stoffe, die einen höheren Wirkstoffanteil haben, (z. B. organisches Peroxid) in Anhang I fallen nicht unter den Eintrag.Sie können aber eventuell andere gefährliche Eigenschaften haben (z. B. Explosivität).

Substances containing a higher content of active material (e. g. an organic peroxide) are not included in the Annex I entry and may have other hazardous properties (e. g. explosive).
