Welchem Kommando wird die Friedenstruppe unterstehen?

Die NATO-Luftwaffe würde in jeder Hinsicht zur Luftwaffe der UCK werden und auch die Möglichkeit des Einsatzes einer internationalen Friedenstruppe beinhalten, die nur von der mit einer NATO-Komponente ausgestatteten und mit einem UN-Mandat versehenen OSZE verwaltet werden könnte, und zu der selbstverständlich auch die Russische Föderation personelle und andere Mittel beisteuern müßte.

NATO aircraft would be KLA aircraft to all intents and purposes and would also involve the prospect of an intervention force. Such a force could only be commanded by the OSCE, with a NATO component and a UN mandate, and it should obviously include men and resources from the Russian Federation.

Zu den möglichen Lösungsvarianten in dieser Situation, die keine Einmischung in die inneren Angelegenheiten all dieser sehr auf ihre Unabhängigkeit bedachten Länder darstellen, zählt Johan van Hecke berechtigterweise die Einrichtung einer Friedenstruppe.
