Der Beschwerdeführer hatte in seiner Revisionsbegründung (§ 344 StPO) und in der Gegenerklärung zum Antrag des Generalbundesanwalts (§ 349 Abs. 3 Satz 2 StPO) Gelegenheit, sich umfassend zu äußern.

The complainant had the opportunity to put his case fully and comprehensively in his statement of appeal (§ 344 StPO ) and in his counter-statement to the application by the Federal Public Prosecutor General (§ 349 sec. 3 sentence 2 StPO ).
