Gleitbrett (1), dessen obere Seite eine Bindungs-Montagezone (2) aufweist, welche in bezug auf den Montagepunkt in der Schuhmitte (19) zentriert ist und welches dazu vorgesehen ist, in ihrem vorderen Abschnitt (3) einen Vorderbacken einer Bindung und in ihrem hinteren Abschnitt (4) ein Fersenteil einer Bindung aufzunehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß es in Längsrichtung einen Höhenabsatz (6) aufweist, der den vorderen Abschnitt (3) der Bindungs-Montagezone (2) von dem hinteren Abschnitt (4) der Bindungs-Montagezone (2) trennt, so daß die Dicke (e 1 ) des Gleitbrettes in dem vorderen Abschnitt (3) der Bindungs-Montagezone (2) größer als die Dicke (e 2 ) des Gleitbrettes in dem hinteren Abschnitt (4) der Bindungs-Montagezone (2) ist.
