Als Gottheit hat man es nicht leicht.

Klenzes architektonisches Hauptanliegen ist die Architektur des christlichen Kultus. Für die evidente Umsetzung dieses Anliegens sucht er nicht nur in der gleichnamigen Anweisung zur Architektur des christlichen Kultus (1822), sondern vor allem in der Philosophie-Schrift nach einer ‘Formel gleichsam worin die Gottheit das ‘Grundgesetz der Architektur’ als ‘ewige[...] Regel’ eingeschlossen ha[t]’.

Klenze's architectural main aim is the architecture of the Christian cult.
