Eine nationale Regelung, die bestimmte, von Physiotherapeuten ausgeübte spezifische Heiltätigkeiten im Bereich der Humanmedizin, wie Behandlungen mittels Störfelddiagnostik, von der Definition dieses arztähnlichen Berufes ausnimmt, verstößt nur insoweit gegen dieses Ziel und diesen Grundsatz, als diese Behandlungen — was vom vorlegenden Gericht zu prüfen ist — von der Mehrwertsteuer befreit wären, wenn sie von Ärzten oder Zahnärzten erbracht würden, obwohl sie, von Physiotherapeuten durchgeführt, unter Berücksichtigung deren beruflicher Qualifikationen als qualitativ gleichwertig angesehen werden können.
