Wie dem auch sei, ein Blick auf die Landkarte zeigt tatsächlich, dass die Abwehr-Batterien nicht dem Iran, sondern vielmehr syrischen Giftgasraketen gelten könnten. Fürchteten die Israelis einen Gegenschlag, würden sie die Geschosse an ihrer Ostgrenze postieren, nicht bei Haifa und in Galiläa, das an Syrien grenzt.
