Ich möchte an die von der Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals im Rahmen der Untersuchung des National Audit Office gemachten Aussagen erinnern, in denen es u. a. heißt:' In vielen Fällen liegen stichhaltige Indizienbeweise für Rechtsverletzungen vor.'

I would remind them of evidence given by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to the National Audit Office inquiry, which says:'In many cases there was very good circumstantial evidence that an offence had been committed.'
