Klagbarkeit

Mit Erlöschen ist im Deliktsrecht Verwirkung gemeint und nicht die Klagbarkeit der Forderung wie bei Verjährung, sondern die Forderung überhaupt geht unter. Zur Verjährung und Verwirkung siehe auch bei Art. X (Materielles Recht und Prozessrecht: Beweislastverteilung und Verjährung).
