6.3.4 . Die Probe ins Wasserbad zurueckstellen und 15 Minuten bei einer Temperatur von 37 ° C stehen lassen . Aus dem Wasserbad nehmen und das Koagulum durch Umruehren aufbrechen . 10 Minuten bei 2000 g zentrifugieren . Den Ueberstand durch ein geeignetes Filterpapier ( 1 ) ( Whatman Nr. 541 oder aehnliches ) filtern . Das Filterpapier aufbewahren . Den Niederschlag in dem Zentrifugenroehrchen mit 50 ml Wasser und bei einer Temperatur von rund 35 ° C durch Umruehren waschen .
