Lannerfalke

Das erste Projekt zielt auf die Erhaltung gefährdeter Greifvögel - insbesondere Rötelfalke (Falco naumanni), Lannerfalke (Falco biarmicus), Schmutzgeier (Neophron percnopterus) und Uhu (Bubo bubo) - im Vogelschutzgebiet besonderer Bedeutung „Promontorio del Gargano“ in der Provinz Foggia.

The first project targets the conservation of endangered raptors of the “Promontorio del Gargano” Special Protection Area (SPA) in the Province of Foggia, specifically the Lesser kestrel (Falco naumanni), the Lanner falcon (Falco biarmicus), the Egyptian vulture (Neophron percnopterus and the Eagle Owl (Bubo bubo).

Bartgeier ("Gypaetus barbatus"), Schmutzgeier ("Neophron percnopterus"), Gänsegeier ("Gyps fulvus"), Wanderfalke ("Falco peregrinus"), Lannerfalke ("Falco biarmicus") sind nur eine Auswahl darunter.

Among the birds of prey found at the reserve are the bearded vulture or lammergeier ("Gypaetus barbatus"), Egyptian vulture ("Neophron percnopterus"), Eurasian griffon vulture ("Gyps fulvus"), peregrine ("Falco peregrinus"), lanner falcon ("Falco biarmicus") and others.
