bitte teile uns mit, welche Zahlungsbedingung der Kunde gerne hätte. Dennoch muss die aktuelle Rechnung zu den alten Konditionen gezahlt werden, denn nächste Woche ist der Kunde in der 4. Mahnstufe und der Vorgang geht an die Rechtsabteilung. Deshalb ist es wichtig uns mitzuteilen, wann der Kunde den offenen Betrag bezahlt.

Nevertheless, the current account to the old conditions will be paid, because next week is the client in the 4th Dunning level and the process goes to the legal department. Therefore it is important to tell us when the customer pays the outstanding amount.
