Vielleicht melden sich jetzt die Neinsager und erklären uns, welche Art von stärkerem Europa sie sehen wollen, welche Lösungen sie favorisieren, damit wir vorankommen bei der Bewältigung der vor uns stehenden globalen Herausforderungen und Schwierigkeiten.
