Bei Bedarf ist ein Kosten- voranschlag vorzulegen. 2. 13 Rückgabe des Werkes Wird das Werk der Nutzerin / dem Nutzer nur vorübergehend überlassen, so ist sie / er verpflichtet, es nach Vertragsende unverzüglich und in einwandfreiem Zustand zurückzugeben.
