Offenkundigkeit

"Offenkundigkeit" ist ein beweisrechtliches Institut.

"Obviousness" is an institute of the right of evidence.

1. Zum Zustandekommen einer die Offenkundigkeit ausschließenden Geheimhaltungsvereinbarung bedarf es nicht notwendigerweise eines in Schriftform abgeschlossenen Vertrags.
